UPS Peak Season Surcharge Adjustment—Effective November 7
October 29, 2021 (Updated)
The COVID-19 pandemic continues, and the busy holiday season is fast approaching. UPS will continue operating to support customer needs. Our goal during this period of rising air freight demand is to ensure that businesses and customers have access to the transportation services they need.
To better manage growing demand for air freight capacity and rising costs, UPS will continue to apply temporary peak season surcharges to shipments transported worldwide. We will also make temporary service adjustments to address increased shipping demand during the holiday season. For more details about temporary service adjustments, see the yellow Service Alerts banner on UPS.com.
