1. Recipient
Please fill in the recipient's full name, abbreviation, abbreviation, nickname. If there is only a first name but no last name, or the name and ID do not match, it may not be possible to successfully complete the customs clearance process in the destination country. If the bank does not know the recipient's name, please fill in the correct department of the receiving company.
2. Cities
If the city name is not filled in, the agent will not be able to recognize the city when inputting the machine and will automatically match the city name after entering the zip code. When the zip code corresponds to multiple city names, the system will default to the first city. Therefore, please fill in the delivery address city accurately in the address bar, instead of writing it in the address bar.
3. Country/Region
Like Hong Kong, China, this column is usually not filled in directly with China, but Hong Kong. For example, if the express is sent to Guam, please do not directly fill in the United States, and if the express is sent to Guadeloupe, please do not directly fill in France. If the wrong entry is made, the goods will be transferred to the wrong place and returned.
4. Company
If it is not a private item, please be sure to fill in the complete recipient's company letterhead to avoid customs clearance problems. For example, private items destined for Russia will be directly returned after arriving at the destination customs clearance station. For example, if the recipient's information is modified at the Indian customs clearance station, it is necessary to pay the local customs relevant fees and provide a series of information such as a statement of the situation to explain the reason for the modification.
5. Address
1) Please fill in the real address that can be found on the map. We do not accept non-real addresses such as postal boxes and self-collection cabinets that cannot be delivered by drivers as the delivery address. In such cases, in addition to being unable to deliver, there is also the risk that the goods cannot complete the import customs clearance process or are lost after delivery.
2) Please fill in the delivery address as accurately and clearly as possible, and pay attention to distinguish between letters and numbers that are easily confused, such as 0 and O, 1 and L, 13 and B
3) Due to the limited number of characters that can be entered into the system, there is no need to fill in the country, city and postal code that have already been filled in on the waybill.
6 Postal Code

When the postal code corresponds to multiple city names, the system will default to the first city. Therefore, please fill in the delivery address city accurately in the address bar, instead of filling it in the address bar.
7. Telephone
1) Please do not fill in invalid phone numbers such as 0000, 1234, etc.
2) Because foreign colleagues do not have the authority to make international calls. Even if the sender is the recipient, please fill in the recipient's valid landline or mobile phone number at the destination. Do not fill in the +86 domestic mobile phone number in China. If it is an exhibition item, please fill in the hotel contact number.
3) Also due to the limited number of system characters, the area code, city code and other information of the destination country do not need to be filled in, so as to avoid the valid numbers not being fully displayed in the system, and foreign colleagues can also effectively identify whether the phone number is correct.
