2021.05.24 CZL meeting: Discussion on improving customer experience

Our company held a small discussion meeting on improving customer experience at 2 pm today. During the discussion, everyone expressed their opinions and supplemented the missing details of the existing process. The discussion was recorded by the customer service (employee number: KF032).

The overall direction remains as follows:

1. Maintain preferential prices, maintain competitiveness, and ensure transparent prices throughout;

2. Improve customer service response speed, optimize sales pitch, and improve problem-solving capabilities;

3. Optimize the cooperation contract, clarify our responsibilities and obligations, do not evade or argue when problems arise, give priority to solving practical problems, and then divide responsibilities;
