According to the relevant policy requirements of the EU tax reform, in order to ensure smooth customs clearance of goods when they are imported into EU countries, when the consignor chooses the [SF International E-commerce Express-Europe Flow] product, the IOSS code should be filled in truthfully and accurately. This IOSS code information is only used for customs clearance of parcels with a destination in an EU member state and a declared value of less than 150 euros.
In any case, the Shipper shall be responsible for:
1. All losses caused by import/export delays or inability to import/export due to failure to fill in the IOSS code truthfully and accurately.
2 All customs duties and VAT fees for this product.
3. Bear the relevant expenses and losses caused by SF Express and/or its agents’ destruction, return, etc. due to refusal to pay taxes and related taxes and fees generated at customs.
4. Do not delay payment, refuse payment or arbitrarily deduct payable fees on the grounds of other disputes.
The "customs clearance fees" referred to in this article refer to the taxes and fees incurred when the consigned goods are imported or exported or when the goods are transferred in and out of the customs territory of a country due to the fulfillment of the procedures required by various laws, regulations and provisions, including but not limited to customs declaration fees, service fees, inspection fees, and return fees. The specific details are subject to the actual customs clearance operations in different countries. Based on the regulations of different countries, the types of customs clearance agency fees may vary, and the instructions published and updated on SF Express's official website shall prevail. In any case, if the customs clearance fees are inconsistent with the customer's expected fees, the final determination of the customs shall prevail.
