Dear Customer:
Hello!
Recently, the South Korean government issued an official announcement that from November 4, 2019, express shipments imported into South Korea must provide the recipient's customs clearance code. In order for your express shipment to clear customs quickly, please provide the true and valid recipient's customs clearance code information when placing an order. Failure to provide the true and valid recipient's customs clearance code information will cause the express shipment to be delayed until the correct customs clearance code is provided. The express shipment will not be released until the correct customs clearance code is provided. You will be responsible for the storage and return fees caused by the delay of the express shipment (the products involved include International Standard Express, International Special, International Heavy Cargo, etc.).
The recipient is an individual customs clearance code format: recipient's 8-digit birthday number (YYYYMMDD) or personal customs registration number (P+12 digits, such as P811111234569)
The recipient is a company's customs clearance code format: company business registration number (10 digits, similar to China's business license number) or company customs registration code (four Korean characters + 8 digits, such as 갑을병정1981017)
We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. CZL will do its best to ensure the safe delivery of your express delivery. Thank you for your trust and support for CZL's international business. If you have any questions, please consult your sales or CZL's international business customer service hotline 021-67892002.
