Germany: Generally lasts 4-5 weeks, with breaks in July, August and September.
France: Almost all holidays are from the last week of July to August
Italy: early August to early September
Poland: early to late July
Netherlands: early July to early August
Belgium: mid-July to early August
Czechoslovak: early July to the end of August (usually a rotating holiday, July 12 to August 8)
Norway: Rotated holidays from July to September (usually July 14 to September 1)
Spain: early July to early August
Portugal: mid-July to the end of July
Switzerland: early to late July
Denmark: usually ends at the end of July
Hungary: early July to end of August
Slovenia: from July 1 to September
Greece: early to late August
