Provide normal customs clearance service, but the recipient pays the service fee
There are two dedicated lines to Iran.
Shanghai flight: Carton cargo without brand, without magnetism (with small fan weak magnetic single inquiry) and without battery, within 500 kg, will not be accepted for separate customs declaration. All cargo with a weight higher than 25 kg will be cleared by commercial customs. On the contrary, cargo with a weight lower than 25 kg can be cleared by express delivery.
Hong Kong flight: Goods with tapes, labels and electricity, wooden box goods, customs declarations or oversized and overweight goods. All goods with a weight above 25 kg are cleared by commercial customs. On the contrary, goods below 25 kg can be cleared by express delivery.
Chemical products require a separate inquiry.
If the transfer channel needs to do general trade customs declaration, an additional customs declaration fee of RMB 300 will be charged.
If the weight of the goods is less than 10kg, the charge will be 0.5kg if it is less than 0.5kg; if the weight is 10kg or more but less than 1kg, the charge will be 1kg; if the actual weight is light but the volume is large, the charge will be based on the volume weight;
Calculation formula: (length × width × height) cm ÷ 6000. Not including bubbles.
If the single piece exceeds 70kg, or the longest side exceeds 150CM, an additional handling fee of 100 yuan per ticket is required.
Items that are not accepted for carriage include: liquids, powders, food, fresh animals, medicines, flammable and explosive items, corrosive items, optical discs, pure batteries, motors, arms and weapons, and other sensitive and restricted items.
The transfer channel can accept counterfeit goods, goods with batteries, and goods with magnets. Delivery must be clearly noted.
This channel allows payment on delivery, and requires a detailed invoice to be provided and confirmed with the local recipient before shipment.
If the goods are lost during transportation, regardless of their value, we will compensate you at RMB 40 per KG. If the express is damaged, due to customs reasons, or partially lost or delayed, we will not compensate you. If the customer has other requirements, you can purchase cargo insurance. Please pack fragile items yourself.
