Dear Customer:

Hello! Thank you very much for your continued support. Following the notification from DHL Hong Kong, Taiwan Customs will strictly implement "real-name authentication" for B2C and C2C goods entering Taiwan from July 1, 2022. This regulation will be effective from April 16, 2020. Implemented.

The Taiwan Customs system will be upgraded. At that time, all B2C or C2C consignees (individual recipients) in Taiwan will need to confirm the declaration in advance through the Taiwan Customs system "EZway" before making any customs declaration. Otherwise, the customs will refuse to make a subsequent declaration and the goods will be required to return to the place of origin within 7 days.

Customers are requested to communicate and explain with the sending/receiving customer before shipment to avoid any return of the shipment due to non-compliance with customs requirements. For example, any customs clearance delays or return costs caused by the recipient's failure to authenticate his or her real name in a timely manner. The responsibility will be borne by the sender. Thank you for your cooperation.

Please note the above. If you have any questions, please contact your account manager. We will wholeheartedly provide you with better services. Thank you.
