Notice on Express Channel Service Adjustment during the Eid al-Adha Holiday in the UAE

As the 2025 Eid al-Adha statutory holiday in the UAE is approaching, some of our international express delivery channels involving transit in the UAE and Dubai will also be affected by the holiday, and some services will be temporarily suspended or delayed. Please make arrangements for delivery and receipt in advance and plan logistics time reasonably to avoid unnecessary losses and delays.

1. UAE statutory holidays

• Holiday time:June 5, 2025 – June 8, 2025(Total 4 days)

2. Holidays of our company's main channels for transshipment in the UAE

1. Dubai FEDEX channel

   • Stop operation time:June 5, 2025 – June 8, 2025(4 days)
   • No goods will be picked up during holidays.

2. Dubai UPS Channel

   • Stop operation time:June 6, 2025 – June 8, 2025(3 days)
   • Withdrawals will be suspended during holidays.

3. CZL Dubai dedicated channel

   • Stop operation time:June 7, 2025 – June 8, 2025(2 days)
   • During the holidays, goods to the UAE will not be cleared or delivered.

4. Dubai DHL Channel

   • Stop operation time:June 8, 2025(1 day)
   • Pickup on holidays will be delayed by one day.

3. Tips

During the holiday, express shipments transiting through Dubai, UAE may be delayed. Please arrange your delivery plan in advance and wait patiently for the resumption of services after the holiday. If you have any questions or need assistance, please feel free to contact our customer service team.
