Magnetic objects
- We will not accept any items that contain the word "magnetic" in their names or ingredients, or are presumed to be made of magnetic materials, such as magnets, magnetic steel, refrigerator magnets, solenoid valves, etc.
Special items and high-risk goods
- Lithium thionyl chloride batteries and various export materials prohibited or restricted by the state.
Customs declaration requirements and legal responsibilities

- If rare earth, gallium and other metals and other related items that are restricted or prohibited from export are declared without approval, once they are investigated, the responsible persons, companies or individuals may face huge fines (up to RMB 3 million) and other serious legal liabilities, or even criminal prosecution.
- If the product ingredients involveTungsten, you need to provide complete information for formal customs declaration, otherwise it is recommended to return the goods.
Customs inspection and testing risks
- Recently, customs has strictly inspected metals, rare earths and dual-use items. All suspected related goods will be sent for inspection of their components. The inspection result cycle is unpredictable, which can easily cause customs clearance delays or even detention of goods.
- If the material of the goods cannot be clearly identified,It will be difficult to pass the test report alone, please be sure to strictly review the warehouse receiving and loading links to avoid the above-mentioned controlled or high-risk items from being stored and shipped.
