📅 Adjustment effective date: August 21, 2025
1. Freight Adjustment
In light of the latest tariff adjustments, we are committed to assisting you with a smooth customs clearance process. Supporting documentation is required to address these changes, and a lower fee structure will be implemented for both the advance handling fee and the duties and taxes transfer fee for shipments valued at $800 or less to the United States.

💡 Merchandise Handling Fee (MFF) Explained
The Merchandise Handling Fee is calculated annually based on the operating expenses of the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (US CBP):
- Informal customs declaration:MFF minimum USD 2.62, or 0.3464% of the customs value of the shipment
- Formal customs declaration: Minimum MFF of $32.71, 0.3464% of the customs value of the shipment, or a maximum of $634.62
II. Adjustments to B2C Shipment Insurance Services
🛡️ Insurance input system changes
Starting April 25, 2025, all customers sending B2C shipments to the United States, if the shipment contains goods originating from mainland China or Hong Kong Special Administrative Region,A valid FedEx account number is required to pay duties and taxes.
If the customer does not provide an account for duties and taxes, we will not be able to process the shipment.
📌 Important Reminder
For products originating in Mainland China or Hong Kong SAR, China, shipped to the United States, if certain required customs information (such as the Manufacturer Identification Number (MID) or 10-digit HTS code) is not provided, we will contact the customer to obtain the missing information. Shipments with incomplete information may result in customs delays or shipment returns.
