Volumetric weight calculation
Uniform formula across all channels: Length × Width × Height ÷ 5000
The higher of volumetric weight and actual weight will be used for billing. Special attention should be paid to packaging lightweight and bulky goods; compressing their volume can save a lot of money.
Cut-off time
Order cut-off times for most channels:Monday to Saturday 13:00
For orders placed after the Saturday cutoff, the price will be based on Monday's price. Promotional prices are subject to change and will be based on the price on the day the goods arrive at the warehouse.

Remoteness Fee
- FedEx: Category A 28 RMB/shipment, Category B 220 RMB or 4 RMB/kg, Category C 286 RMB or 5.2 RMB/kg
- UPS: 4.3-4.8 yuan/kg, minimum 215-240 yuan
- DHL: 4.5 yuan/kg, minimum 230 yuan

Excess length and weight fees
- FedEx: Longest side > 120cm or second longest side > 75cm, 49 RMB + fuel surcharge; Largest side > 242cm or circumference > 328cm, 625 RMB + fuel surcharge.

- DHL: 155 yuan for a single side >100cm or the second longest side >80cm.
Private address fee
- FedEx: 32 yuan + fuel surcharge
- UPS: 29 yuan + fuel surcharge

Product Name Description Guidelines
The product name must clearly state three key elements:Product Name + Material + Use
Incorrect examples: Samples, accessories, gifts, electronic products (vague descriptions will trigger customs inspection).
Correct example:
- Carbide drill bit, 83.5% tungsten + 10% cobalt + 6% carbon + 0.5% other carbides, used for CNC machine tool machining of metal parts.
- Apparel fabric, 65% cotton + 35% polyester fiber, used as adult casual T-shirt fabric.
- Phone case, made of TPU+PC composite material, for phone protection.
Consequences of non-standard product names:
- Chinese customs detained export goods and requested additional information.
- Secondary customs review in destination country, extended detention period
- Forced to switch to formal customs declaration, resulting in high tariffs and clearance fees.
