Shanghai Port to Suspend Operations for Explosives and Radioactive Materials

The suspension period is from 00:00 on October 15, 2022, to 24:00 on October 23, 2022.

On October 9, Shanghai International Port (Group) Co., Ltd. issued a notice on suspending port operations involving explosives and radioactive materials.

According to the notice, in accordance with the relevant documents of the Shanghai Municipal Transportation Commission, Shanghai Port (excluding the Yangshan Port Area) will suspend port operations involving explosives and radioactive materials from 00:00 on October 15, 2022, to 24:00 on October 23, 2022.

For matters involving people's livelihoods, urban operations, or major production projects, applications may be processed at the Business Service Office of the Shanghai Municipal Center for Port and Shipping Development in accordance with the regulations.
