2. Regulations
1. The minimum weight of multiple items in one ticket requires a billing weight of 10KG. If the weight is less than 10KG, the charge will be based on 10KG. A single box exceeding 22KG will be charged an additional 120 yuan. Each box cannot exceed a maximum of 67KG; one side does not exceed 120CM, the second side does not exceed 76CM, and the circumference does not exceed 266CM. Any excess will be charged 150 yuan/box.
2. Customs declaration fee is 350 yuan per ticket, non-Amazon address fee is 1 yuan per kilogram based on the billed weight; address change is 100 yuan per ticket; remote fee, other surcharge bills shall prevail, and will be valid within 6 months.
3. Compensation: If the goods are lost before FEDEX pick-up or are detained and confiscated at the local customs, compensation of 20/KG will be made, and the freight will not be refunded. If the goods are lost after pick-up, the compensation will be no more than 100 USD per ticket according to the compensation standard; if the goods are not signed for after Amazon pick-up, they will be regarded as rejected by Amazon, and the compensation will be shared according to 100 USD, and the maximum will not exceed 100 USD; in case of force majeure such as natural disasters, our company will not make any compensation.
4. There is an additional fee for private address documents in New York City (code starting with NY).
5. Two warehousing barcodes must be affixed to the outer box of the Amazon warehouse; the weight of a single piece should not exceed 22KG; the outer box must be regular and sturdy to prevent damage to the goods, and the Amazon warehouse will reject the goods and cause the loss of the goods; the outer box of each piece of goods must be labeled with "MADE IN" CHINA".
6. Before shipping, please affix the SKU barcode of the goods and the FBA box label and seal it with transparent tape. If the shipment cannot be delivered due to label barcode issues, the sender will bear the related costs.
