Service TIPS—Los Angeles site service warning
Good afternoon everyone, we are Vivian & Jennifer, customer service staff of China Southern Airlines Shanghai Freighter. Now let us report to you the recent Los Angeles site information:
Affected by Easter and the increase in flights, the number of incoming goods at the Los Angeles station has surged. Now the warehouse is tight, and some goods have been temporarily shelved on the airport, and the tally time is slightly delayed.
Our Los Angeles site is working day and night to do our best to respond to and alleviate the current situation. In order for everyone's goods to be processed in Los Angeles as soon as possible, we ask for your help and cooperation in doing the following:
1. Please try your best to do BUP if possible. The current entry efficiency of BUP remains unchanged;
2. Please help remind customers at the destination station that if the LAX goods are packed, the consignee must pick them up as soon as possible.
The above two measures can effectively relieve warehouse pressure and prevent some goods from being exposed to wind and rain on the airport ramp.
Thank you for your support and cooperation in our work in the past. I believe that with the joint efforts of all of us, we will be able to restore normal service levels on the routes as soon as possible. If you encounter any problems, please contact us in time, and we will actively cooperate with you to provide good service and communication with external stations.
