Dubai DHL EU shipment resumes service, the operational requirements are as follows:
1. The recipient must be a company (B to B or C to B).
2. The declared value must be true and not false (strictly enforced).
3. The value declared for export must be consistent with the customs clearance value known to the consignee.
4. Shipments identified as under-declared by DHL will be stopped from being transported.
5. If a second operation is required after changing the value, the operation time is not guaranteed and no reminders will be accepted.
