According to the notice, every imported product needs to provide a tax number. There is no distinction between documents and goods, and there is no statement that DDP does not need to provide it.
If there is no tax number or it is sent to an individual, the individual's ID number can replace the tax number. For non-Indonesian citizens, the passport number can also replace the tax number.
If the tax number is not written, TNT has the right to refuse to accept the package. In addition, the package may be refused customs clearance and returned, or customs clearance may be delayed/inspected, etc. The return shipping fee caused by not providing the tax number will not be reduced or exempted.
