Overlength and overweight surcharge

There are two levels of charging standards for the standard types of over-length and overweight consignments, which are divided into "first-level charging standards" and "second-level charging standards":

(1) The first-tier charging standard for over-length and overweight: For express items that meet the "first-tier charging standard" for over-length and over-weight in one ticket, a fixed rate of 260 yuan per item will be charged. Some of the express items in one ticket are over-length and over-weight items, and only those items that meet the over-length and over-weight standards will be charged a surcharge.

2) The second-tier charging standard for over-length and overweight: For express shipments that meet the "second-tier charging standard" for over-length and over-weight in one ticket, there is no fixed rate and must be negotiated on a per-ticket basis.

1: A single piece of consignment refers to an individually packaged item and cannot be split into multiple individually packaged items. Note

2: For other flow directions and other products not covered in the above table, please refer to the "International Shipment Operation Manual" for the single piece weight limit and single piece volume limit. Products exceeding the acceptance and delivery standards will not be accepted.

Insured	Standard express, special offer		1) When the declared value of the goods is ≤CNY2000, the insurance fee is CNY9.9/ticket 2) When the declared value of the goods is >CNY2000, the insurance rate is 0.8%, and the insurance fee = the declared value of the goods * 0.8%	The upper limit of the insured amount is RMB 5 million, and only supports payment by mail and transfer of payment by mail to third-party payment in mainland China.
