For FEDEX shipments from India, you need to provide a 10-digit mobile phone number and email

Dear Customer:

Hello! Thank you very much for your continued support. FedEx has notified that from now on, inbound shipments arriving in India must provide the consignee's mobile phone number (10 digits, without the "0" prefix or country code (+91)) and email address in the consignee details section of the airway bill, and ensure that all non-document shipments are accompanied by an invoice.

Please check the information before delivery. Our company will not review it before shipment. If there is any non-compliance with customs requirements, resulting in transit delays or return costs, the sender will bear the responsibility.

Please note the above. If you have any questions, please contact your account manager. We will wholeheartedly provide you with better services. Thank you.
