(hereinafter referred to as: China Railway Multimodal Transport) and overseas agent Belintertrans-Germany GmbH (hereinafter referred to as: BITG Company) to actively understand the impact of this incident on the China-Europe Express. The specific situation is explained as follows:

On February 24, upon learning that the recent conflict between Russia and Ukraine was escalating, the company immediately contacted China Railway Multi-line and its overseas agent BITG to learn in detail about the impact of the current situation on the Chengdu train. China Railway Multi-line and BITG provided feedback on the same day, as follows:

On the one hand, in view of the current situation of the conflict between Russia and Ukraine, customers are advised to avoid routes passing through Ukraine to avoid unnecessary losses; on the other hand, the following routes currently in operation by Chengdu trains have not been affected:

1. Kazakhstan-Russia-Belarus-Europe

2.Via Kazakhstan - Russia - Belarus - Lithuania - Kaliningrad - Europe

3. Via Kazakhstan - Russia

4. Mongolia to Russia

5. Via Manchuria Port - Russia

6. Russia - Belarus

At the same time, China Railway Multi-Link and BITG said that they will promptly notify you if there is any new information about the current situation.
