According to the feedback requirements of Japan Post, the electronic information such as postal code and city for mail sent to Japan must be filled in in a standardized manner. In order to ensure the delivery quality of mail in Japan, at 7 pm on December 23, the "Order Entry" and "Order Import" functions of the agreement customer portal will add the verification function of the Japanese postal code database. The relevant changes are as follows:
1. In the "Order Entry" menu, you can choose two methods. Method 1: Please select the recipient's state, city, district and county, and the system will automatically display the corresponding postal code information. Please select according to the system information. You cannot fill in the state, city, district and county manually. Method 2: Please directly fill in the postal code information (3 digits + '-' + 4 digits, such as 064-0941), and the system will automatically display the corresponding state, city, district and county information.
2. In the "Order Import" menu, the system will automatically verify whether the state, city, district, and postal code information of the imported recipient is consistent with the Japanese postal code database. If not, the import will fail. After the system upgrade, please download the Japanese postal code database information in the "Customer Service-Rate File Download" menu.
3. For orders received through the order API interface, the system does not perform relevant verification at present. Please fill in the information in a standardized manner.
