The order weight needs to be less than the actual weight
1. Settlement price: including peak season surcharge, volume divided by 5000, weight is subject to on-site. DDP handling fee 100 yuan/ticket
2. The above prices do not include destination tariffs, destination official customs declaration fees, storage fees, and miscellaneous fees such as return fees caused by the recipient's failure to cooperate.
3. The packaging requirements are not the express company packaging bags, and the PAK bag cannot exceed the TNT packaging bag, otherwise it will be considered as fully soaked.
4. For prohibited items such as counterfeit goods, liquids, powders, foods, fresh goods, medicines, corrosive items, flammable and explosive arms and weapons, the prohibited goods will not be returned, the freight will not be refunded, and a fine of 5,000 yuan/ticket will be imposed. If the goods are lost, compensation will be paid according to the declared amount, with a maximum compensation of 100 USD. There is no compensation for documents.
5: If the express delivery is damaged or lost, the consignee must file a complaint with the destination within 48 hours after signing for it, and confirm with the local TNT, provide our company with photos of the goods and certificates, etc. Otherwise, no processing will be done.

6. The maximum compensation for lost items is 100 US dollars. No compensation for delays or damage. The out-of-area delivery fee is valid within 6 months. There is a single customs declaration of 100 yuan and a single customs declaration of 150 yuan. Our company will do the magnetic inspection on your behalf. If the single box does not reach 20KG, it will be charged at 20 yuan/box plus 50 yuan for handling fee. If the single box exceeds 20KG, the handling fee of 1.5 yuan/KG plus 50 yuan is charged. No remote fee, no overweight and overlength fee, no booking fee, no address change fee
7. For wooden boxes, please print the Chinese and English product names on the A4 paper. We are not responsible for any delays in the delivery of any goods to our company without an invoice in accordance with our regulations.
8. If the return is due to incomplete recipient name, TNT will return it directly without notifying you, and will be responsible for the return freight and import customs duties. The company name must be filled in on the waybill. If there is no company name, please be sure to fill in the recipient's full name in the company name section of the waybill. If the return is caused by not following the regulations, the customer will be responsible for it. (Please note that the recipient name and company name of the medium-speed waybill must be filled in. If there is no company name, please fill in the recipient's full name in the company section, including the invoice)
9. The return fee is the same as the sending fee. The return destination is Hong Kong or Shanghai, which is freely chosen by TNT. No TNT invoice is provided for the return fee, which will be subject to our notice. No invoice is provided for the tariff DDP, which will be subject to our invoice.
10. TNT has limited shipments on Saturdays, and will ship on Monday if the quantity is full.
11. The return fee is higher than the export fee. Please refer to the EX form bill of TNT or medium speed notification. The export fee is 48N, which does not mean that the return fee is also 48N service. The return method is subject to TNT. The tariff DDP does not provide a bill. Please refer to the TNT or medium speed bill.
