We do not accept any knives, cream-like cosmetics, liquids, counterfeit brands, powders, foods, and other prohibited items. 5. Billing rules: According to DHL's new regulations in 2019, starting from September 28, 2019, the DHL billing weight algorithm for multiple pieces of goods in one shipment will be changed to: compare first and then accumulate, that is: compare the actual weight of each piece of goods with the volume weight, and take the heavier one as the billing weight of the single piece. Finally, add the billing weights of the single pieces and carry forward to get the billing weight of the entire shipment.
For example: There are three pieces of goods in one shipment, and the actual weight of each piece is 10.2KG, 20.3KG, and 30.4KG respectively. The corresponding volume is 8.2KG, 15.1KG, and 40.5KG. According to the old regulations, the billing weight is: 8.2+15.1+40.5=63.8KG, while the new regulations are: 10.2+20.3+40.5=71KG. (Unlike UPS, the comparison result of a single piece does not need to be rounded to 0.5). Please pay special attention to this.
Note: If the billable weight of a single ticket is within 20.5KG (including 20.5KG) and less than 0.5KG, it will be charged as 0.5KG; if the billable weight of a single ticket is above 21KG (including 21KG) and less than 1KG, it will be charged as 1KG; (the volume weight is calculated as: length x width x height CM/5000=KG).
