All surcharges are subject to the official UPS bill. If you have any questions, you must first pay according to the official bill and then file an appeal. The appeal result is based on the UPS feedback result.
After the express delivery is signed for, if the recipient refuses to pay the import tariff at the destination, resulting in the tariff being directly confirmed to the sender's bill, the sender shall bear the full amount, and the tariff retroactive period is permanent!
All additional charges including but not limited to taxes, return shipping fees, and foreign refusal fees will be charged to the sender by our company!

Claims
If the express delivery is damaged or lost due to any reason, after investigation and confirmation, we will compensate the declared value + freight according to the official standards, but the maximum amount shall not exceed US$100. Please purchase insurance for high-value goods by yourself! Our company will not make any other additional compensation or any joint and several liability!
No claims for delays due to any reason will be accepted
There is instability in any channel. Once the channel is suspended, our company will make a refund by default.
The quotation is without any delay compensation and includes delays in all situations!
Shipping is equivalent to defaulting to the above terms!
