1. Can connect button batteries, additional 4 yuan/KG, more than 5 items in a single ticket, additional 40 yuan per item
2. (DPD) delivery, only accept FBA address, other addresses please inquire
3. For multiple pieces of cargo in one shipment, if the weight of a single piece is less than 12KG, it will be charged as 12KG. We will not accept pieces with actual weight or volume exceeding 30KG.
4. Use the customer's own VAT customs clearance and provide a valid tax payment certificate. The handling fee is 350/per ticket.
5. The tax bill amount is in British pounds, and our company has determined the exchange rate to be 1 British pound = 9.3 RMB.
6. Tariff advance payment: 30% with declared value will be charged an advance payment, with a minimum of RMB 1,000 per ticket, with the excess refunded and the shortfall supplemented.
7. Please declare the goods truthfully according to their actual name, quantity and amount. The sender shall bear all responsibilities and all expenses incurred due to customs clearance delays or detention caused by false declaration or the goods themselves.
Compensation standard: If the goods are lost during transportation, our company will compensate according to the purchase value. The customer provides the goods (invoice, packing list, purchase invoice, etc.) and our company will compensate within 10 working days. The maximum compensation is 14 yuan/KG
The freight will not be refunded. If the parcel is lost after DPD collection, the maximum compensation per parcel will not exceed 100USD according to the DPD compensation standard. There is no dispute if the freight is not refunded. In the event of force majeure such as natural disasters, the company will not make any compensation.
