1. For goods weighing more than 100KG, customers can declare goods with their own documents and register them at Qingdao Port. The fee is 200.
2. Goods of overvalue and overweight are exempted from customs declaration. Wooden box/magnetic inspection goods are accepted. Five miscellaneous fees (private address, remote area, irregular packaging, overlength/overweight, change of address) are exempted
3. FBA is acceptable (tariffs are not required to be prepaid in advance, but if there are tariffs, the sender must pay them).
4. For all other surcharges, the billing period can be traced back to no more than 12 months from the date of shipment.
5. The freight does not include destination tariffs and customs clearance fees. If the recipient refuses to pay the tariffs, it will be automatically changed to be paid by the sender.
Even if no tariffs are incurred, there may be customs clearance fees, which are paid by the sender.
6. All counterfeit goods, arms, liquids, chemicals, batteries, foods, etc. that violate international and domestic laws and aviation regulations will be rejected. If the sender conceals the truth and rushes to deliver the goods, the goods will be detained and the shipping fee will not be refunded.
7. Due to the limitations of operating time and conditions, our company can only verify the information of each express shipment as much as possible, but we will not be responsible for any consequences caused by the express shipment itself violating regulations or incomplete information.
8. If the express delivery is damaged or lost due to any reason, after investigation and confirmation, compensation will be paid in proportion to the declared value + freight, but the maximum amount shall not exceed US$100.
9. All problems will be checked by our customer service. No claims for delay will be accepted.
