Amazon's new Sydney warehouse BWU2 has a rule that the size of the goods cannot exceed 63.5CM on one side. Such goods will be returned when delivered. Please note that when domestic colleagues receive the goods, only BWU1 can be delivered if the size of the goods exceeds 63.5CM on one side.
If the chargeable weight of a single piece of cargo exceeds 30KG, an additional overweight fee of RMB 300/ticket will be added to the cargo (RMB 50/piece will be charged for more than 6 pieces);
A single piece is 120-200CM per side, and the oversized piece fee is RMB100/CBM cube;
A single piece is 200-300CM per side, and the oversized piece fee is RMB200/CBM cube;
For a single piece with a single side of more than 300CM, the oversized piece fee is RMB300/CBM cube. For oversized pieces with a single side exceeding 4 meters or beyond the truck delivery range, please inquire separately. Wooden boxes must be packed with fumigation-free plywood and have legs for forklifts to fork goods (8-10CM high). Plywood wooden boxes must have loose leaves that can be opened. Otherwise, our company will not be responsible for the additional costs and delivery delays. . If there is any remote surcharge, it will be reimbursed - unloading service is not included. Australian local delivery requirements: Irregular packaging (circular/triangular/wooden box wooden frame/bare packaging/woven bag and other outer packaging) requires an additional AUD10/piece equivalent to RMB 50/piece.

5) Due to the large number of export goods, it is not possible to list all of them. Please confirm with our sales or customer service for goods that are not listed.

High-value products: such as instruments, mobile phones, tablet computers, screens, gold jewelry, drones, sweepers, projectors, cameras, cars and other high-value goods will be confirmed separately.

Additional information :

1) For goods with electricity, MSDS, UN38.3 and battery report must be provided. If the battery report cannot be provided, an additional fee of RMB250 per copy must be paid;

2) The number of product names on a single ticket is limited to 5 (if more than 5 product names are added, an additional declaration fee of AUD5/item will be incurred). If more than 5 product names are added, a customs clearance fee of RMB25/item will be charged;

3) If you need to declare tax refund, the customs declaration fee is RMB350/copy, and the continuation page is RMB50/page.

4) The actual goods must be consistent with the name declared in the shipping list (forecast). If the goods are detained due to inconsistent declaration, our company will not be responsible, and all consequences and expenses will be borne by the forwarder.

5) We do not accept counterfeit brand products. If counterfeit brand products are found, a fine of RMB100-1000/ticket will be imposed and the product will be returned.

6) We do not accept liquids, powders, food, medicines, flammable and explosive materials, antiques, currency and other items prohibited by the state and prohibited by airlines; if any rushing of goods is found, the goods will be confiscated and a fine of RMB 1,000 will be imposed. 7) Warm reminder: To ensure smooth customs clearance of goods, each product must be labeled "MADE IN CHINA". If the product is not labeled with the Made in China label and the goods are detained, our company will not be responsible! 8) To ensure normal FBA scanning, at least 2 FBA barcodes (one on the front and one on the back) are required for each box of the outer box!

9) Cargo services are limited to FBA and listed overseas warehouses, no services in other regions;

10) If the address is wrong and there are charges for changing the address and fastening the package, please consult our customer service separately for the specific charges.

11) After the goods are shipped, if the customer needs to temporarily detain, change the address or require other services, an additional handling fee will be charged. Please inquire for specific fees.
