It is forbidden to call 800 to check the case. If a customer makes an inquiry and complains without authorization, a fine of 2,000 yuan per ticket will be imposed.

All prohibited goods including powder, liquid, counterfeit goods, battery goods, and prohibited goods on the outer box packaging will be fined 5,000 yuan/ticket once found

If the express delivery is damaged or lost due to any reason, after investigation and confirmation, we will compensate the declared value + freight according to the official standards, but the maximum amount shall not exceed US$100. Please purchase insurance for high-value goods by yourself! Our company will not make any other additional compensation or any joint and several liability!

No claims for delays due to any reason will be accepted

There is instability in any channel. Once the channel is suspended, our company will make a refund by default.

All surcharges including but not limited to taxes, return shipping fees, and foreign refusal fees will be charged to the sender by our company! Our company reserves a 12-month retrospective period from the date of shipment!
