1. Four flights on Monday, six flights on Wednesday, seven flights on Thursday, and two flights on Saturday. There are four fixed flights per week with guaranteed space.

3. We do not accept mobile power supplies and pure batteries, counterfeit brands, prohibited items, products with liquids or powders;
Textile surcharge single inquiry, bamboo and wood products, silicone products + 1 yuan/KG, magnetic products + 2 yuan/KG, glass products + 2/KG, wigs + 2/KG, auto parts, motorcycle parts, bicycle parts + 4/KG. Single-ticket product surcharges are charged according to the highest and cannot be added up;
For FBA addresses with more than 5 product names + 1 yuan/KG, we will not accept if the product names exceed 7; for non-FBA addresses, we will reject if the product names exceed 3.
4. Classification of textile surcharges:
1. Products with textiles +3 yuan/KG,
2. For pure textiles such as clothes, pants, socks, bed sheets, quilt covers, towels, scarves, etc., the surcharge for FBA addresses is +7 yuan/KG, and for non-FBA addresses, it is +8 yuan/KG. ;
3. A surcharge of +7/KG will be charged for shoes;
4. Dolls and plush toys need to have a printed CE mark. Surcharge + 6 yuan/KG
5. Bags, surcharge +5/KG;
5. For a single piece of goods weighing more than 30KG, an additional charge of 32 Euros per piece will be charged;
If one side exceeds 100CM or the second longest side exceeds 76CM, an additional 32 Euros per piece will be charged;
If the weight exceeds 40KG (including volume weight) and the perimeter exceeds 300 (longest side + (width*2+height*2), an oversized package fee of 120 euros/piece will be charged, and a special-shaped package fee of 15 euros/piece will be charged.
6. Other additional fees:
(1) If the outer box is damaged during UPS delivery or is not packaged in a carton, repacking or replacement is required. The fee is 15 Euros per box.
(2) Due to incorrect or incomplete recipient address information, UPS needs to correct the address and re-label the package, 10 Euros/box.
(3) Return due to rejection or other reasons: 30 Euros/box + 1 Euro/KG.
(4) The goods are returned and re-issued, 20 Euros/box. If you have any questions, please consult customer service for confirmation. The final price is subject to the actual UPS bill.
7. Compensation Clauses: If the goods are lost before collection or cannot be cleared due to our company's reasons, compensation will be made according to the declared value, up to 40 RMB/KG. If the goods are lost after collection, compensation will be made according to UPS standards. If customs clearance cannot be made due to the goods themselves or the customer's declaration is inconsistent, no compensation will be made and the right to prosecute will be reserved.
Rejected Products:
Disposable plastic tableware (plates, forks, knives, spoons, chopsticks, etc.), plastic straws, beverage stirrers, plastic balloon stems, coffee spoons, balloon sticks, take-away boxes, cups, cup lids, plastic bags, ear swabs and other disposable plastic products and single-use plastic products are prohibited from being imported into the EU. If there are any products involved, please pay attention and adjust your shipping plan in time.
Recently, we have received feedback from foreign countries that many of the goods have exceeded the acceptance period. We now make the following notice:
1. Uncollected parcel: 20 days from the date of shipment (based on the time of arrival at our warehouse, in case of flight delays and customs inspection, the specific release time shall prevail). If the uncollected parcel is not reported within 20 days, our company will no longer accept the inspection and subsequent claims.
2. Packages that have been picked up but not signed for: 45 days from the last scanned information of the package. If no response is received within 45 days, it will no longer be accepted for inspection.
3. Signed for: The UPS official website shows that the package has been signed for, but the recipient reports that they have not received the package. You can apply for an inspection within 7 days after signing for the package. If there is no response within 7 days, our company will no longer accept the inspection.
4. Damaged packages and missing contents: You can apply to UPS for inspection within 7 days after the goods are received, but our company does not accept claims for damaged packages.
