Remark:

1. Billing weight: based on on-site handover (volume divided by 5000);

2. Packaging requirements: wooden boxes are accepted (logs are not accepted, please pack them yourself); single items over 70KG must have a pallet higher than 9CM, single items over 500KG, and dimensions over 240CM long, 120CM wide, and 150CM high require booking and an additional 2 yuan/KG; exposed outer packaging is not accepted.

3. The product name must be specific and cannot be (gift, accessory, sample, etc.)

4. All goods prohibited by aviation, including powders, liquids, and counterfeit brands, will be fined 5,000 yuan once discovered. Battery goods will be fined 2,000 yuan once discovered. Goods with prohibited marks on the outer boxes will be fined 1,000 yuan once discovered.

5. We refuse to accept any sensitive goods (brands, powders, liquids, ballpoint pens with ink, batteries). If found, the goods will be detained and a fine of 1,000 yuan will be imposed. We will release the goods upon payment and will not accept bargaining afterwards. Please strictly check the goods you send and try to prevent such incidents from happening.

6. The maximum retrospective period for surcharge bills is 1 year.

7. Customs declaration can be accepted for 100 yuan/ticket, and 150 yuan/ticket for buying a single customs declaration. Buying a single customs declaration requires providing electronic documents such as invoices, packing lists, declaration elements, and customs declarations.

Compensation: For high-value goods that have not been insured, loss, damage and other uncontrollable factors, the medium-speed compensation clause will be implemented.

If the consignee is unable to clear customs or does not follow the regulations, resulting in a return abroad, the customer will be responsible for the cost. TNT will return the consignment without notifying the customer and will be responsible for the return shipping fee and import customs duties. We are unable to provide bills or tax forms.

If your company's list does not match the country on the delivery note, our company will enter the system according to your company's list and will not change it after subsequent shipment.



The magnetic inspection fee charging standard for medium-speed TNT channel is updated as follows. The magnetic inspection fee consists of two parts: agency fee + appraisal fee. The agency fee is a fixed amount of RMB 30 per ticket. The appraisal fee is RMB 20 per piece if the weight of each piece of a single ticket is less than 20 kilograms. If the weight of each piece of a single ticket exceeds 20 kilograms, it will be calculated at RMB 1 per kilogram. This ticket is calculated by multiplying the price per piece by the number of pieces.

For example: 1 ticket, 1 piece, 10KG? The magnetic inspection fee is 20+30 yuan

1 ticket has 5 pieces of 60KG? Each piece weighs 12KG? Then the magnetic inspection fee is 20*5+30=130 yuan

1 ticket has 5 pieces, 110KG? Each piece weighs 22KG? Then the magnetic inspection fee is 22*5+30=140 yuan

Those who need to do magnetic inspection on their behalf need to provide a magnetic inspection confirmation letter and a magnetic inspection declaration letter!

In addition: Goods that are required to be inspected but evaded the inspection will be detained and fined RMB 1,000 per ticket, and no objection will be accepted.
