UPS suspends receiving lithium battery products in the following countries: Bahrain, Brunei, Bhutan, Cambodia, Ethiopia, Fiji, French Polynesia, Guam, Jordan, Kenya, Kuwait, Laos, Lebanon, Madagascar, Mariana, Mauritius, Micronesia, Myanmar, New Caledonia, Pakistan, Papua New Guinea, Qatar, Seychelles, Sri Lanka, Tonga, Western Samoa, Egypt, India (except Mumbai), Bolivia (Plurinational State of), Armenia, Fiji, American Samoa, Paraguay, Cambodia, Ethiopia, Jordan, Pakistan, Seychelles, Sri Lanka

We only accept general goods with built-in batteries and matching batteries. We do not accept any knives, cream-like cosmetics, liquids, counterfeit brands, powders, foods, and other prohibited items. If the goods are found to be mixed in our warehouse or the service provider's warehouse, our company will charge a risk compensation of RMB 5,000/ticket and reserve the right to pursue responsibility.

1. Channel requirements:

1. The weight of a single ticket cannot exceed 2000KG, the number of pieces in a single ticket cannot exceed 200 pieces, and the average billable weight of a single piece must be greater than 12KG. If it is less than 12KG, it will be charged at 12KG/piece.

2. If the value of a single ticket exceeds 120 USD, an additional customs declaration fee of 25 RMB/ticket will be charged. This fee will be charged directly in the system before shipment and no separate notification will be given for confirmation.

3. Maximum size limit: UPS will refuse to accept any of the following conditions:

(1) The longest side (length) of any package exceeds 270 cm;

(2) The sum of the three dimensions of any package (i.e. (width + height)*2 + length) exceeds 400 cm;

(3) The billable weight of any package exceeds 70 kg.



2. Additional channel service fee:

1. We can accept general trade declarations and charge a customs declaration fee of RMB 200 per ticket.

2. Duty prepaid (DDP) is available, and a customs duty prepayment fee of RMB 150/ticket will be charged.

3. Remote address fee: 4.3RMB/KG, minimum charge per ticket is 215RMB, plus the monthly fuel surcharge. Our company does not guarantee to check all remote addresses before sending to the service provider, all fees are subject to the final notification of the service provider

4. Address change surcharge: 90 RMB/item, maximum charge 260 RMB/ticket

5. Additional handling service fee: If any of the following conditions are met, UPS will charge the customer an additional fee of RMB 48/piece + fuel for each package. This fee will not be added up.

(1) Any item packed in a metal shipping container.

(2) Any cylindrical object that is not completely wrapped in corrugated paper, such as barrels, drums, pails or tires.

(3) Any package with the longest side exceeding 121cm (inclusive) or the second longest side exceeding 75cm (inclusive).

(4) The actual weight of any single piece of cargo exceeds 31 kg (including 31 kg).

Note: The chargeable weight is the larger of the actual weight and the volumetric weight. For example, there are 6 pieces of goods, 3 of which are chargeable at 40KG/piece, and the other 3 are chargeable at 30KG/piece, totaling 210KG. The average weight is 35KG, and the surcharge for each of the 6 pieces is 40 yuan, totaling 240 yuan.

6. Delivery fee to private residential address: 29RMB/ticket + fuel

7. Large package surcharge: RMB 455/piece + fuel, and the minimum chargeable weight of a single piece is 40KG. This charge standard is newly added and needs to be multiplied by the fuel surcharge of the month.

.Return freight: If the goods are returned, the sender must pay the return freight (the return freight is subject to the UPS return invoice) and a handling fee of 65 RMB/ticket.

8. Ultra-remote: 4.7 RMB/KG, minimum charge 237 RMB/ticket, plus fuel surcharge. Our company does not guarantee to check all remote addresses before sending to the service provider, all fees are subject to the final notification of the service provider

9. Payment information change service fee (new): If you change the payment option, payment account number, credit card information used for payment, etc., UPS will charge a payment information change service fee of RMB 100 for each information change.

Please note that if the recipient refuses to pay the customs duties/freight charges and the payment is returned to the sender, this service fee will be incurred and borne by the sender.



10. Surcharge for handling non-compliant shipments: For shipments whose packaging, invoice documents, etc. do not meet the agent's requirements, a handling fee of RMB 39 per piece and RMB 427 per shipment will be charged, whichever is higher;

3. Compensation Standards:

Documents: If all documents are lost/damaged, the maximum compensation is RMB 100/ticket, and no joint liability will be assumed.

Package: If the package is completely lost or damaged (UPS confirms the loss or damage), compensation will be based on the declared value, with a maximum of 100 USD per ticket, and no refund will be made for shipping. If the package is partially lost or damaged, compensation will be based on the declared value of the lost part, with a maximum of 100 USD, and no refund will be made for shipping.
