There are no miscellaneous fees for pickup in Shanghai, regardless of the product name. The order cut-off time is 10:00 from Monday to Friday (items shipped on Saturday may be picked up on Monday)

1; (The minimum actual weight is 23KG and the minimum net weight is 30KG) If the gross weight of a single bill exceeds 70KG, the declared amount exceeds US$700, or there are more than 5 pieces in one bill, compulsory customs declaration is required!

2; The customs declaration fee is 100 yuan for single order and 150 yuan for paid order. . It is forbidden to call 800 customer service. Please send your questions to our customer service for processing

3. Wooden boxes need to be unpacked and inspected. If they cannot be unpacked and inspected, they will not be accepted. You can accept goods for magnetic inspection and do the magnetic inspection yourself. If you need our company to do the magnetic inspection on your behalf, an additional service fee of 50 yuan will be charged for 1/KG.

4. To avoid shipment delays, detailed product name, material, purpose, Chinese and English are required!

5; RMB 24 per air waybill for non-heavy cargo shipments or RMB 891 per air waybill for heavy cargo shipments (only applicable to shipments to the United States and Canada). If the Out of Scope Delivery Charge (ODA) is applicable to the shipment, the Residential Delivery Surcharge will not apply.

6; Goods cannot be stacked, the official will charge an additional fee of 1,233 yuan per shipment!

7: All prices are unstable. There is no compensation for any delays. If the account is closed, our company will return the goods and refund the shipping fee! Please be aware of this and confirm before shipping.

8: If the goods are lost or damaged, you must submit a written notice of compensation to our company within 21 days after the goods are signed for or confirmed to be lost, otherwise no compensation will be made after the deadline;

9. For any cargo that needs to be claimed, 2 photos of the damaged outer box and 2 photos of the interior of the cargo must be provided and there must be fillers. If the above items are missing, no claim will be made. Fragile items cannot be claimed.

10. Please insure your own high-priced products. Lost items will be compensated according to the FEDEX network regulations, with a maximum of USD100. The company does not assume any joint liability for any loss or damage to documents or goods.

11; According to the latest FEDEX regulations, all surcharges that the recipient refuses to pay shall be borne by the sender. Other surcharges shall be subject to the official bill.

12. If the goods are not suitable for import into the destination country/the destination country customs forces them to return, or if they are returned due to the sender/recipient's reasons, in addition to the full return freight, the sender must also bear all customs clearance fees for importing into China.
