We do not accept customs declarations. The declaration cannot exceed US$800. We do not accept Amazon and overseas warehouses.

Channel description:

1. China UPS originates and picks up the Internet;

2. No need to be private, remote, or change address;

3. UPS PAK bags within 2 kg are not included in the package (cannot be packed in boxes), and packages packaged in non-UPS PAK bags are not accepted; 4. Package size restrictions, the longest single side must not exceed 60CM

5. Special-shaped packages are not accepted.

6. Within the United States, HAWAII and ALASKA do not provide delivery services.

7. Since there is no return warehouse in the United States, returns cannot be processed and the returned packages will be discarded directly without compensation.

8. After the package arrives at the Shanghai warehouse, a UPS tracking number will be issued.

9. We will not accept automotive products, products involving FDA certification, intellectual property rights, electrical or magnetic materials, liquids, powders, or other aviation safety products.

10. If the express delivery is damaged or lost due to any reason, after investigation and verification, compensation will be paid according to official standards, equal to the declared value + freight, but the maximum amount shall not exceed US$100.

Please purchase insurance for high-value goods! Our company does not make any additional compensation or any joint liability! We do not accept claims for delays for any reason.

There is instability in any channel. Once the channel is suspended, our company will make a refund by default.

The quotation is without any delay compensation and includes delays in all situations!
