2. Channel regulations

1. The minimum billable weight for multiple items in one ticket starts at 12KG. If a single box exceeds 22KG, an additional charge of 200 yuan will be charged per box. The maximum cannot exceed 67KG; if one side exceeds 120CM, the second side exceeds 76CM, the volume is divided into 6000 and 28KG. Packages whose circumference does not exceed 266CM will be charged RMB 200 per box if the circumference exceeds it; single tickets only accept 71-450KG, and separate tickets are required for more than one package.

2. Compensation instructions: If the UPS is lost before being picked up or confiscated by local customs, the compensation will be 20/KG, and the freight will not be refunded. (If the declared value is too high, please buy insurance. Our company only recognizes 600 US dollars/ticket. If it is lost, it will not be declared. Price compensation. Separate customs declaration, except single ticket and single piece, please consult customer service). If the goods are lost after being picked up by UPSX, the maximum compensation per ticket shall not exceed 100USD according to the FEDEX compensation standard; any goods that are not signed for after being picked up by Amazon will be regarded as Amazon rejecting the goods, and the compensation will be divided according to 100USD, and the maximum shall not exceed 100USD; in the event of natural disasters, etc. Due to force majeure, the company will not make any compensation.

3. Two warehouse entry barcodes must be affixed to the outer boxes of Amazon warehouses; the words "MADE IN CHINA" must be affixed to the outer boxes of each item.

4. Before shipping, please affix the SKU barcode of the goods and the FBA box label and seal it with transparent tape. If the shipment cannot be delivered due to label barcode issues, the sender will bear the related costs.
