1. We only accept personal items and business addresses, not Amazon addresses. The volume is less than 6,000. We will not accept shipments with a declared value of more than US$800 per recipient.

2. The weight of a single piece cannot be less than 12KG. If the weight is less than 12KG, it will be charged as 12KG and then charged cumulatively.

3. The maximum size requirement for 2-8KG FEDEX delivery is changed to: length + (width + height) * 2<126cm 且最长边<65cm 且宽、高<40cm? 超过尺寸的货按10kg最低计费 限一票一件

4. 9-999KG size limit FEDEX/UPS requires a minimum weight of 12KG for multiple items in one shipment. If the weight is less than 12KG, it will be charged as 12KG. If a single box exceeds 22kg, an additional 200 yuan will be charged. The maximum weight per box cannot exceed 67KG, one side does not exceed 120CM, and the second side does not exceed 76CM. The volume of 6000 to 28KG is considered an oversized package, and the perimeter does not exceed 270CM. If it exceeds 200 yuan/box, it will be charged; a 270CM oversized package is about 1000-1200 yuan/box.

5. Compensation: If the package is lost before UPS or FEDEX pick-up, the compensation is 20/KG + return shipping fee. If the package is lost after UPS or FEDEX pick-up, the compensation is based on the compensation standards of UPS or FEDEX. In case of force majeure such as natural disasters, the company will not make any compensation.

6. If the goods are returned due to address and customer reasons, we will charge a return fee and an additional handling fee of 100 yuan/ticket. If resending is required, please communicate with our company for the specific fee.

The items that our company does not transport include: counterfeit brands, tobacco, corrosive items, pork, drugs, flammable and explosive arms and other prohibited items; if it is found that the goods are not reported, they will be confiscated and the payment will not be refunded!!! If our company fails to find out, but the customs finds out, all responsibilities caused will be borne by the sender.
