Lithium battery shipment declaration and packaging requirements (PI966/PI967/PI969/PI970):
ê Declaration requirements: The battery type, quantity, energy (WH value) or voltage (V) and capacity (MAH or AH), as well as the quantity and weight of the battery cargo, should be indicated on the waybill and invoice. All battery declaration information must be consistent with the actual goods. ; êPackaging requirements for live goods: independently packaged and in compliance with IATA battery packaging requirements. The outer packaging is sturdy and cannot collapse. The inner packaging must be properly fixed without leaving any space or shaking. The power supply of the equipment must be turned off and insulated. Packaging in Pak bags is not accepted. ; (Tip: If the package is returned by the federal government due to packaging problems, Hong Kong does not provide box exchange services) ê All lithium battery shipments must provide a battery letter and battery label (UN version) ê Battery letter requirements (fill in the template with payment): a. The signature on the lower right must be handwritten, using capital letters (such as PETER CHEN or LI LEI), and the format is signature + position + date b. The company’s color stamp cannot cover the signature c. All information on the battery letter must be consistent with the label information d.
