According to the notice from Hong Kong FedEx, due to the recent frequent occurrence of incomplete invoice information leading to customs clearance delays or returns, our company now has the following requirements for Hong Kong FEDEX channel invoices:
1. Declare the name, material, purpose, quantity and customs code of the goods truthfully, correctly and completely;
2. The commercial invoice/packing list (if any) must provide the total net weight of the goods and the net weight of each item;
3. A full English invoice with the sender's company name and detailed mainland sender information is required;
