Reminder on export declaration of low-value fast (Category C) goods from China
From July 1, 2022,When submitting the unit of measurement corresponding to the export commodity code, it must be accurate to the second legal unit of measurement,For example:

Fabrics (such as fabric samples, curtains, billiard cloths, etc.)

|
|
|
Clothes (such as dresses, T-shirts, etc.)
|
|
|
|

|
|
|
In addition, the quantity displayed in the second legal unit of measurement should be reasonable with the quantity displayed in the first legal unit of measurement. If you are not sure of the applicable second legal unit of measurement, please query according to the commodity code (HS).
Conditions for export declaration of low-value and fast-moving (Category C) goods
In order to ensure that your low-value and fast (Category C) goods comply with the customs export declaration regulations, we hereby remind shippers to truthfully provide complete and accurate shipment declaration information and documents:
The shipper should ensure that its export goods meet the conditions for export declaration of low-value and fast-moving (Category C) goods of China Customs.Right now:
The total value of the goods does not exceed RMB 5,000(excluding shipping costs,Insurance and other miscellaneous expenses)It does not involve license control.No need to apply for export tax rebate,No need to process export receipts
In addition to meeting the above conditions,The export declaration documents provided by the shipper should also include (but not limited to) the following information and documents:
● Product name (in Chinese), product code (HS), and the declaration elements corresponding to the product code (including specifications, model, legal measurement unit*, ingredients, brand, use, etc.)
●The complete Chinese company name of the sender
●The 10-digit customs code of the shipping company or its business unit
●Commercial invoice (accurately describe the product name, origin, quantity, amount, etc.)

Provide you with export declaration services.
If your company does not have export qualifications and cannot provide the 10-digit customs code, you can choose to sign an agency agreement with an agent that has export qualifications.
