1. 3. We do not accept any products that are restricted or prohibited from import by Australian customs. The customs fees incurred include destruction fees (AUD25), inspection and quarantine fees (approximately AUD50, the actual fee shall prevail), inspection and quarantine fees, etc. shall be borne by the consignor.
4. For live goods, MSDS.UN38.3 and battery information must be provided; for live products: a battery label is required.
5. Australia has a very high inspection rate for plant products. To ensure stable timeliness, all wood products, rattan products, bamboo products and other products must provide fumigation certificates.
3. Exception handling:
1. Because the address is unknown or the person is not found, it cannot be delivered and returned to the overseas warehouse. Each package will be charged an operation and return fee of RMB50/piece.
2. If the customer is not at the delivery address at the time of delivery, the postal delivery personnel will leave the goods at the nearest post office and the customer can pick them up at no extra charge and can store them for 7 days for free. It has been cleared by customs, but because the customer's address is unknown, the person is not found, the customer abandoned the goods, etc., a destruction fee of RMB60 will be charged.
4. If the goods cannot be cleared within the time specified by the customs and must be destroyed due to low declaration, incomplete information, etc., a destruction fee of RMB125 will be charged.

Compensation standards: Compensation for loss must be made within 90 days after delivery; if it is lost before collection by Australia Post, the compensation will be RMB100 + return shipping fee; if it is lost after collection by Australia Post, compensation will be RMB100 and the shipping fee will not be refunded; there is no compensation for partial loss and delay.
