Due to UAE National Day holiday
Customs will be closed on December 2nd and customs clearance will not be possible, so our airport operation center and Dubai downtown office will be closed for one day. The goods arriving in Dubai on December 2nd will be delayed for one day in transit (customs clearance will be processed on December 3rd). UAE shipments will also be delayed for one day in delivery, please be advised!
Amazon UK warehouse explosion
Due to Amazon's warehouse explosion and other reasons, all UK DPD vehicles have been cancelled/suspended since yesterday, resulting in all our goods being unable to be delivered for DPD scanning. Vehicles will be dispatched around December 2nd!
All goods will be temporarily stored in the warehouse. If the warehouse is full, the collection of cabinets by British railways, sea transportation, etc. will be affected. British air transportation/cabin transportation may also lead to special circumstances such as inability to clear customs or delayed delivery. Please understand!
