Afterwards, the ship was towed back to the Port of Southampton with the help of several tugboats.

According to the latest news from Ship Information Network, as of 16:00 on January 30, the "MOL TREASURE" was still berthed at the Port of Southampton and the ship's schedule had been delayed.

It is reported that the "MOL TREASURE" has a capacity of 20182TEU, a length of 400 meters, a width of 58 meters, was built in 2018, and is registered in Panama.

According to the shipping schedule information released by Hapag-Lloyd, a member of the THE Alliance, the MOL TREASURE was on voyage 295737 of the Asia-Europe route FE2 when the accident occurred. Before the accident, the ship had called at Chinese ports such as Tianjin, Shanghai, Ningbo, Nansha, and Yantian.

In addition, according to foreign media reports, at around 8:35 a.m. local time on January 28, two container ships collided in the port entrance channel of Bangkok Port, Thailand.

The container ships involved are the "WAN HAI 272" owned by Wan Hai Lines and the "SANTA LOUKIA" operated by the Greek shipping company EASTERN MEDITERRANEAN MTME-LIE.

Among them, the "WAN HAI 272" was damaged on the port side due to the collision and has been stranded since the accident. The "SANTA LOUKIA" had its deck damaged, but it was still able to continue sailing and arrived at Bangkok Port on January 28, and sailed from Bangkok Port to Laem Chabang Port on January 29.

According to data from Ship Information Network, as of 16:00 on January 30, the "WAN HAI 272" was still stranded.

It is understood that the "WAN HAI 272" has a capacity of 1805TEU, a length of 172 meters and a width of 27 meters. It was built in 2011 and is registered in Singapore.

According to the ship schedule information released on Wan Hai Lines' official website, when the accident occurred, the "WAN HAI 272" was carrying out the N176 voyage of the Kansai-Thailand route (JST) from Bangkok to Laem Chabang. In a previous voyage, the ship had called at Chinese ports such as Taipei, Kaohsiung, Hong Kong, and Shekou from January 15 to 19.

The SANTA LOUKIA has a capacity of 1,700 TEU, is 172 meters long and 27 meters wide, was built in 2015 and is registered in Malta. When the accident occurred, the ship was sailing from Singapore to Thailand.
