Recently, DHL announced that it has adjusted its weight calculation method and hereby issues an urgent notice to all users.
According to the new billing method, when there are multiple packages in one waybill, DHL willFirst calculate the volumetric weight and actual weight of each package,ThenTake the larger of the two,andRound up to the nearest multiple of 0.5KG, if a single item exceeds 20KG, it will be rounded to 1KG.
The new billing method will take effect from now on.
