1. UAE National Day
The UAE National Day is an important national holiday, and the specific dates this year are from December 2 to December 4. During this period, all official institutions and most businesses in the UAE will suspend operations. This is no exception for our international express delivery service at CZL Express. We respect the cultural traditions and legal holidays of each country, therefore, our services will also be adjusted.
2. Delivery and transfer arrangements
For parcels arriving in the UAE on December 2 and December 3, we will deliver them on the following Monday. This means that if your package arrives in the UAE during these two days, it will be slightly delayed until the following Monday. We understand that this may cause some inconvenience to you, so we would like to inform you in advance and hope you can understand.
Similarly, for transfers arriving on December 3rd (Dubai DHL, Dubai FEDEX, Dubai UPS), we will also process the transfer on Monday. Our transfer service will resume normal on the first working day after the National Day. If there are transfer items at other times, we will process them according to our regular operating hours.
