If the customer really wants to send the goods, in addition to the normal letter of guarantee, the following information must be provided:
- Business licenses of the sending company and the receiving company (need to be translated into English)
- Passport or ID card of the sender and recipient (need to be translated into English)
- Sample explanation letter (need to clearly state the reason for sending the sample and the purpose of the sample, in English). If it is a bill of lading, it must clearly state the purpose of the items shipped.
- Form required by DHL, fill in as required
- Sender and recipient URLs, available in English
- The goods sent must be within the business scope of the sender and recipient (if you are sending fabrics, the corresponding need is a textile company, and the corresponding words can be found in the business scope)
- Scan the required documents into a PDF file and provide it to our customer service
- If other information required by DHL during subsequent inspections cannot be provided, there may be a risk of being unable to be transferred.
Customers are reminded that due to the complicated inspection procedures of DHL in Syria, they need to be cautious when receiving goods. Provide necessary information such as business license, passport, etc., fill in the sample description letter and provide the website address to ensure that the goods comply with the business scope. The PDF file was provided to customer service, but the required information was not provided. This may result in the risk of being unable to transfer.
