When the following occursAll situationsFedEx will charge a designated customs clearance agent surcharge ofRMB 96 per air waybill or RMB 10.7 per kilogram, whichever is higher. This fee isThe sender bears, subject to the invoice.

  1. Non-FedEx related agents: The consignee himself or his designated customs clearance agent is responsible for clearing the goods.
  2. Customer agent location pickup: FedEx Express picks up the shipment at the customer's agency location and delivers the shipment to the final recipient.
  3. Different customs clearance points: The customs clearance point at the recipient's location is different from the customs clearance point of the agent.
