(3) Package type: If you need to send documents, you need to change to documents;If the weight is within 2KG and packaged in express bags, it needs to be changed to PAK bag type; if it is packaged in boxes, the package type must be declared normally;
(4) Recipient, address 1, city, state, zip code, phone number, destination, product name in Chinese and English, quantity and unit price, and HS code (required for express delivery) all need to be filled in;
(5) If the receiving company has one, it needs to be filled in. This will affect the declaration subject of customs clearance. Some countries have big differences in customs clearance procedures and taxes for individual customs clearance and corporate customs clearance;
(6) For states in the United States and Canada, you need to fill in the specific two-character state abbreviation code (reference link:https://exp.czl.net/12939.html), for states in other countries, it is recommended to fill in the country's two-character abbreviation code. If you do not know the country's abbreviation code, it will be displayed after selecting the country at the destination. For example, Peru is PE, Italy is IT, etc.;
(7) The number of pieces means the number of boxes of goods, not the number of items inside. If you order multiple pieces in one ticket, you need to fill in the exact number of pieces to facilitate our company's verification;
(8) If the weight is not clear, fill in 0.5KG uniformly. If it is a bulk goods channel and the order number cannot be obtained and the weight is incorrect, it can be modified to 21KG;
(9) The domestic express delivery number can be filled in the custom information, such as SF******************, or Yunda******************, etc.;
(10) If the customs code is not clear, you can check it on the customs website.
3. Print the label and attach it to the goods to ensure it is correct:
