Goods with incomplete international express delivery procedures will be detained. For example, if you import goods by yourself, the customs requires you to have import and export rights, so you need to find a company with import and export rights to clear customs. If relevant certification procedures are required, such as FDA certification and relevant product import licenses, you can provide them to the customs if you can. If you cannot provide them, the goods cannot be cleared and cannot be taken out. They may be returned or destroyed locally.
