FBA regulations for palletizing goods

1. The pallet must be a standard 4 way (with holes in 4 directions) pallet of 40*48 inches or 102*122 cm;

2. Do not use damaged pallets;

3. Goods on the same pallet must correspond to goods with the same Shipment ID;

4. The total weight after plate making (including pallet weight) is less than or equal to 1500 pounds (approximately 689kg);

5. The total height after boarding (including pallet height) is less than or equal to 72 inches (approximately 182cm); the double-layer pallet (including pallet height) cannot exceed 100 inches (approximately 254cm), and needs to support a forklift (forklift) portage. The height of [one piece per box] can be higher than 72 inches, but the distance between the goods and the top of the vehicle after loading must not be less than 6 inches (approximately 15.5cm). After palletizing, do not allow the goods to hang more than 1 inch (2.5cm) above the pallet;

"6. It is recommended that the total weight of goods sold together (such as sold as set) exceed 100 lb (45kg) on a separate pallet; [single piece per box] goods exceeding 100lb (45kg) must be placed on a pallet;


7. If the oversized goods [single piece per box] cannot be placed on a 40*48-inch pallet, a pallet suitable for the piece of goods can be used;

8. Transparent film should be used when making boards; when making a board with different SKUs, the SKUs need to be separated;


9. Each pallet must use four labels; the address label needs to be affixed to the center of the four sides of the pallet (on the outside of the transparent film);


10. The address label includes (shipment ID, Amazon warehouse address, shipping location) and the manufacturer can print it out from his seller account.

2. Express package delivery requirements

1. Size requirements: Small packages are single boxes, and any side of a single box must not exceed 25 inches or 63cm;

2. Weight requirements: In principle, the weight of a single box should not exceed 50 pounds or 22 kilograms. Unless a single product is a single box, which can exceed 22 kilograms;

3. If a single product in a single box exceeds 22 kg and is less than 44 kg, it needs to be affixed to the outer packaging box - "Team Lift" to indicate that the box needs to be lifted by multiple people;

4. If a single product in a single box exceeds 44 kilograms, it needs to be affixed to the outer packaging box - Mech Lift"" indicates that the box needs to be lifted by a machine;

5. The maximum weight of jewelry and watch products is 40 pounds or 18 kilograms;

6. Labeling requirements for small package products

1) A single product must have a SKU, which is printed by the manufacturer in its seller account. This label cannot be copied, reused or modified;

2) The outer box must have two labels (shipment ID label and carrier shipping label). In addition to the shipment ID label, there must also be a shipping label.

3) The two labels must be placed on the top or side of the outer box in a position that is easy to visually locate (note that any label must not be placed on the seal of the box to prevent Amazon from damaging the label when unpacking and preventing the goods from being queried accordingly.
