First of all, Shanghai Pai has a delivery tracking number, either UPS or FEDEX. If you have picked it up, check the track on the UPS and FEDEX official websites.

But how to query if it is not extracted? You can ask the freight forwarder for the container number/bill of lading number, and then check it on the shipping company website
