If it is an FBA warehouse, the unit price for more than 50KG is -2, and for less than 50KG is - miscellaneous fees

1. If customs clearance fails due to inconsistent declarations by customers, our company will not be responsible! We do not accept: high-value items such as imitation brand liquid powders and pure batteries. If found, the minimum fine is 2,000. We can ship magnetic products, and the magnetic inspection fee is 500RMB/ticket. When delivering, you need to note that the goods are magnetic in the handover list. If there is no note, the goods are found to be magnetic during security inspection, and an additional handling fee of 200 yuan/ticket will be charged. If some products need to be identified for export, an additional identification fee of 380 yuan/ticket will be charged. If there are more than 5 product names on a single ticket, an additional fee of 30 yuan/product name will be charged.

2. If the declared value exceeds 3 times the freight, you need to contact our sales. If the goods are detained or lost, our company will not accept the claim.

3.1. A. The return fee and re-dispatch fee are the same as the first dispatch fee, which shall be subject to the invoice.
B. Any package with the longest side exceeding 100cm or the second longest side exceeding 76cm or the actual weight exceeding 30KG or the volumetric weight exceeding 30KG will be charged RMB 200/piece (peak season: 200RMB/piece additional charge from November 4th to January 10th)

C. Any items packed inside boxes made of metal or wood, any cylindrical items such as barrels, buckets, barrels or tires, items not completely packed in cartons, will be charged RMB200.0/item, (peak season time: November 4th - January 10th, additional charge of RMB200/item).

D. If the longest side plus [(2 x width) + (2 x height)] exceeds 300 cm but does not exceed the maximum UPS size of 400 cm, a fee of RMB 400 per piece will be charged (an additional fee of RMB 900 per piece will be charged during peak season: November 4th to January 10th).

E. If the longest side exceeds 274cm, or the longest side plus [(2 X width) + (2 X height)] exceeds 400CM, or if either the volumetric weight or actual weight is ≥ 70KG, the goods will be rejected.

F. Remote fee: RMB5.0/KG + fuel calculation, minimum charge RMB190/ticket + fuel, UPS remote fee is valid within 3 months, remote postal code is subject to UPS official website. (If there is a remote bill abroad, our company has the right to charge remote fee). Non-FBA address, +2 yuan/KG, minimum additional charge 50 yuan/ticket.



Additional charges: DVD players, car navigation systems, tools, adapters, digital cameras and accessories, microphones, set-top boxes, headphones, massagers, bicycle accessories, inflatable floats, projectors, electronic products, jewelry, toys,
Coffee machines will be charged 3 yuan/kg; the minimum charge is 30 yuan per ticket*Leather furniture and bags, wooden products, pens, glasses, wigs, matching alcohol cotton/alcohol bags, adult products (not inflatable dolls) will be charged 2 yuan/kg, with a minimum charge of 30 yuan per ticket. USB flash drives and memory cards will be charged 5 RMB/piece; other high-value products will be charged separately. (Multiple high-tax products do not need to be added together). If some products need to be identified for export, an additional identification fee of 380 yuan/ticket will be charged. Defense materials will be charged 10 yuan/kg, and large quantities will be consulted separately. (Electronic watches and mechanical watches are not charged) Other high-value products will be charged separately. (Multiple high-tax products do not need to be added together)
Please declare the actual product name, type, quantity and amount. If the return is caused by false declaration, our company will charge a return freight of twice the export price.



Compensation description:

If the goods are lost or confiscated by customs, our company will compensate according to the purchase value, and the customer will provide the goods (invoice, packing list, purchase invoice, etc.)

Our company will compensate within 10 working days, and the maximum compensation shall not exceed 2 times of the freight. No refund of freight is allowed. Please purchase insurance for high-value goods by yourself. If the goods cannot be cleared due to infringement or other reasons, our company will not bear any responsibility and reserve the right to pursue the legal liability of the shipper. After UPS picks up or loses in UPS warehouse, the maximum compensation per ticket shall not exceed 100USD according to UPS compensation standards. No refund of freight is required, no dispute is required. In the event of force majeure such as natural disasters, our company will not make any compensation.
