1. If customs clearance fails due to inconsistent declarations by customers, our company will not be responsible! We do not accept: high-value items such as imitation brand liquid powders and pure batteries. If found, the minimum fine is 2,000. We can ship magnetic products, and the magnetic inspection fee is 500RMB/ticket. When delivering, you need to note that the goods are magnetic in the handover list. If there is no note, the goods are found to be magnetic during security inspection, and an additional handling fee of 200 yuan/ticket will be charged. If some products need to be identified for export, an additional identification fee of 380 yuan/ticket will be charged. If there are more than 5 product names on a single ticket, an additional fee of 30 yuan/product name will be charged.

3.1. A. The return fee and re-dispatch fee are the same as the first dispatch fee, which shall be subject to the invoice.

Compensation description:
If the goods are lost or confiscated by customs, our company will compensate according to the purchase value, and the customer will provide the goods (invoice, packing list, purchase invoice, etc.)
Our company will compensate within 10 working days, and the maximum compensation shall not exceed 2 times of the freight. No refund of freight is allowed. Please purchase insurance for high-value goods by yourself. If the goods cannot be cleared due to infringement or other reasons, our company will not bear any responsibility and reserve the right to pursue the legal liability of the shipper. After UPS picks up or loses in UPS warehouse, the maximum compensation per ticket shall not exceed 100USD according to UPS compensation standards. No refund of freight is required, no dispute is required. In the event of force majeure such as natural disasters, our company will not make any compensation.
